Mainly produced in Fujian province, China. White tea is made with the most natural drying method and retains a lot of nutrients such as anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. Its tea buds are accompanied by several tea leaves, resembling a blooming flower, hence named White Peony. This tea has a clear apricot/amber color. It is refreshing and sweet.

主要產於福建政和、福鼎。因其綠葉夾銀白色毫心，形似花朵，沖泡後綠葉托著嫩芽，宛如蓓蕾初放，故得美名白牡丹。湯色杏黃明亮或橙黃清澈。茶湯滋味清醇甘甜。
