Our Story
Green Ginkgo Tea began its journey in 2017 with a simple idea: to bring our guests a well-brewed cup of tea, and with it, a calm and refreshing moment in the day.
Each cup is prepared with care, using hand-brewing techniques and thoughtfully selected teaware. We enjoy sharing more about tea with our guests, while also getting to know their tastes and preferences.
Our teas are sourced mainly from Japan, Taiwan and China, including award-winning teas and rare selections chosen for their character and depth. To bring out the best in each tea, our tea baristas adjust their brewing approach with care — from teaware and water to the tea type and even the weather of the day.

Our Tea
Over the years, through on-site visits and careful tasting, we source exceptional teas from Japan and China — including award-winning and rare lots selected for their clarity and character. Our Japanese range features teas from respected regions such as Shizuoka (near Mount Fuji), Uji in Kyoto and Yame, Kagoshima, where clean spring water and cool mountain climates nurture distinctive flavors. From Taiwan & China we source high-mountain teas and classic origins including Alishan, Sichuan, Chaozhou and Fujian, etc.
Our collection includes Sencha, Gyokuro, Kukicha, Hojicha and Matcha, alongside a selection of premium Chinese teas. Each lot is chosen and prepared by our tea team to ensure freshness and to bring out the tea’s best qualities.
We also specialise in bespoke blends and custom tea solutions for businesses. Whether you need a signature blend for a gift box, a tailored menu for a café, or a private‑label tea for your brand, we design profiles that suit your customers’ palates and the intended occasion — from leaf selection and roast level to brewing method and serving suggestions.
