Grown in the high mountains Lishan, where the tea produced has a natural fruity aroma. With its foggy and colder climate, and shorter sun exposure, this tea has the distinct Lishan sweetness and less bitterness. Only harvested three times a year and with its special terroir, this Oolong has a very special fragrance and punchy sweet aftertaste.
 
This tea is grown in the 2300-meter Fushou farmland with gravel soil, which is conducive to more nutrients absorption by the tea trees and gives the tea more density, complex aroma, and hence more times of tea infusion. This tea is like a hermit: not easily found and with a depth of substances.

為臺灣四大茶區之一的梨山，同時也是水果的盛產地，故此栽培出的茶葉往往帶有天然果香。梨山氣候濕冷，日照時間短暫，日夜溫差大且雲霧繚繞，因此茶葉所含苦澀成分大為降低，進而牽引出梨山茶專屬的清甜香氣。由於生長環境特殊，茶葉一年僅能採收三次，得天獨厚的地理位置，使得梨山烏龍茶帶有特殊香氣，茶，回甘力道強。
 
上林茶舍精心挑選的茶葉採自海拔高達2300公尺處的臺中縣和平鄉梨山茶區福壽山農場的礫質壤土。福壽山茶故較一般茶葉蓄積更多養分，以青心烏龍製成，是健康養生茶品中的首選。高海拔孕育出的茶菁，葉片渾厚、色澤翠綠鮮明，其泡製出的蜜綠色茶湯之特色在於甘甜醇厚的口感和蘭花香氣。除此之外，福壽梨山烏龍十分耐泡，多次回沖仍不減豐盈香氣，是臺灣高山茶的悠揚茶韻、絕妙姿態的極致展現。
