1) Champion Milky Oolong 

Champion-awarded Milky Oolong for two consecutive years, this tea has a distinct sweet milky aroma with an elegant mouthfeel and aftertaste. The tea is golden amber in color with a hint of osmanthus: the perfect companion to give you a gentle wake-up on the weekend.

 

Taiwanese Milky Oolong is the unique cultivar No.12 by Taiwan which is renowned for its unique milky aroma and is popular among younger generations and girls.

2) Uji Sencha Snow Melt 

Sencha 06 Snow Melt is premium sencha produced in the renowned Uji, Kyoto area, where sencha is produced using the most traditional method. This sencha has the classic characteristic of Uji tea: subtle and layered fragrance, and sometimes with a mild hint of flowers. Brewing this tea has to pay more attention to water temperature so that the fragrance of Uji tea can be fully unleashed. A sip of well-brewed Sencha 06 is like a piece of snowflake melting on your snow, touching from your skin to your inside. The color of this tea is also an elegant transparent green.

3) Divine Earl Grey

This tea is blended with the world-renowned Sun Moon Lake Red Jade Black Tea. Compared with the more common Indian or Ceylon black tea which can be more bitter, this Divine Earl Grey is mellow with hints of cinnamon, mint, and caramel. Infused with a subtle bergamot flavour, it is the perfect companion for your afternoon tea time.

 

Red Jade Black Tea is mainly grown in the Sun Moon Lake of Nantou County, Taiwan, a hybrid of Taiwanese wild tea trees and Burmese tea trees, which can be traced back to the Japanese occupation era.

1) 受賞金萱烏龍 醍醐

上林茶舍嚴選的茶葉,已連續兩年獲得臺灣好茶 :金萱茶組的頭等獎殊榮。此受賞茶的特色在於格外濃郁的奶香味,茶香優雅、茶韻十足。鮮嫩的翠綠茶葉,泡製出的茶湯金黃色的光澤,其散發出的滋味帶有一絲綿柔奶香和淡雅桂花花香,故名「醍醐」。

 

來自臺灣的金萱烏龍又稱為臺茶12號,承載著臺灣改良場多年培育的心血。因茶葉發酵而產生出的獨特尾韻,是金萱茶最大的特徵,也深受女性及年輕消費者的喜愛。

2) 宇治上煎茶 吹雪

煎茶06 吹雪 是一款在日本茶最高級產地京都宇治出產的極上煎茶,以傳統的宇治茶工藝製成。這款茶有著傳統宇治茶的特點:輕柔及具層次的幽香,有時甚至帶花香。呻一口煎茶06,仿如一片雪花輕輕飄落,在你手中融化,身心感到一股涼意感動,故命「吹雪」。這款茶的茶湯呈高雅的琉璃青色。

3) 伯爵茶 紫藤

上林茶舍精選的伯爵紅茶 紫藤選用被世界紅茶專家譽為「臺灣香」的日月潭紅玉紅茶。市面上的伯爵紅茶普遍使用的茶底為錫蘭或印度紅茶,故而茶味較易濃澀;紅玉的褐紅色茶湯,滋味濃醇鮮爽,富有肉桂及薄荷香氣,還有一絲獨特的焦糖味。日月潭伯爵紅茶在眾多佼佼者中以獨特的香氣脫穎而出,醇厚的紅茶融入淡淡的佛手柑芬芳,是午後時光的最佳陪伴。

 

紅玉紅茶(臺茶18號),主要種植於臺灣南投縣日月潭魚池鄉,為強勁的臺灣野生茶樹與渾厚的緬甸大葉種的結晶。日月潭紅茶的來由可追溯至日治時期,日本人從印度引進大葉茶種,由於日月潭氣候、地理環境和印度阿薩姆茶區相仿,加上適宜的年均溫及穩定的濕度,使魚池鄉成為紅茶生產紮根的溫床。
